To generate your Soul Report, we need:
- Your birth date
- Your birth time (as precise as possible)
- Your birth location
- Your email address (for delivery)
That's it. We don't ask for your name, address, phone number, or any other identifying information.
How We Use It
Your birth data is used solely to calculate your energetic signature and generate your personalized report. This calculation happens on secure servers, and the raw data is never shared with third parties.
Your email address is used to deliver your report and, if you opt in, occasional insights related to your cosmic patterns. We don't send marketing emails, promotions, or spam.
How We Protect It
- All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- We use industry-standard security practices
- Access to raw birth data is strictly limited
- We never sell or rent your information
Data Retention
We keep your birth data only as long as necessary to provide our services. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
