To generate your personalized energetic blueprint, we collect:
- Birth date (month, day, year)
- Birth time (as precise as possible)
- Birth location (city, country)
- Email address (for report delivery and Navigator access)
We do not collect or store: your legal name, physical address, payment information, or any identifying details beyond your email and birth coordinates.
How We Use Your Data
Your birth information is used solely to calculate your energetic signature and generate your personalized reports. This data:
- Is encrypted at rest and in transit
- Is never sold, shared, or rented to third parties
- Is used only by our AI systems to generate your readings
- Can be permanently deleted at your request
AI & Conversation Privacy
Your conversations with the AI Navigator are private. We retain conversation history solely to enable continuity—so your Navigator remembers your journey and can provide contextually relevant guidance.
Conversation data is:
- Stored in encrypted form
- Never used to train general AI models
- Only accessible to you and your personal Navigator instance
- Deletable in full at any time
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access all data we hold about you
- Request complete deletion of your account and data
- Export your reports and conversation history
- Unsubscribe from communications at any time
Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as you maintain an active account. If you cancel your subscription, we offer a 30-day grace period during which you can reactivate and restore your data. After this period, all personal data is permanently deleted.
